I dealt with Anne @ CDSM and it was about as easy as it gets. Be ready to wait a bit as it comes on a ship and has to pass through customs.... but it will come. I received mine with full VIN and Anne made up a CO document for me as well. Charger is 220v but they sent an adapter so I can charge using a regular US 110v outlet. The quality of the product is good and it seems pretty much everything is torqued and loctited which was a pleasant surprise. For a time reference, I paid on October 26, 2024 and it was dropped off at my apartment on December 12, 2024.
